Is much more thick than any that I have used before, so have to put it on and give it a chance to absorb. It has helped heal some skin keratosis and this 68 year old skin scarcely has a wrinkle. It is a hard sell to clients accustomed to lighter skin moisturizers.....but def makes a big difference
