We all grew up with myths, legends and holidays, but the least is known about the holiday 4/20. The holiday surfaced in the 1970’s with the rise of pop counterculture. I found the bud's effects to be very relaxing without producing brain fog. I'm a senior with joint pain and tinnitus. Weed helps me cope with the pain and tolerate the "phantom crickets" I hear when I'm awake. CBD and THC or far more preferable to me than alcohol for pain relief.
